'On average an okay hotel. The shuttle bus from/to airport is for free but useless. We waited for 45’ at the airport but no shuttle (according to the hotel it should run at 19.00 but we waited and waited and …..). A Uber is around CLP 8.000. To the airport it didn’t go between 06.15 and 08.15. We had to be there at 08.00: so useless once again. Noisy rooms due to airplanes. Could use isolated windows!! Staff perfect, as the food.'

'Good beds/pillows in a dark, spacey and quite room. Restaurant doesn’t have many options for dinner, but the food is good. Breakfast buffet is top. Swimming pool and gym are not big, but more then enough. Nice and friendly personnel but their English is limited (as my Spanish).'

'This hotel was an excellent choice for an American. The room was big and very clean. Some of the staff spoke English and were very helpful getting around and finding a taxi. There is no room service. The attached restaurant was not good for a non-Spanish speaker -- no printed menus just online. I could access the menu but there was no English version. Even though I have a pretty good Spanish vocabulary, I couldn't understand the food choices and no one was there to explain. But, there are lots...
