'Good clean hotel, with friendly staff and proximity to the innovation district as well as the Flinders University. The Marion mall is also nearby.
However, some of the challenges with the hotel were:
1) very limited car parking. The alternate parking is a 5mins walk - which is odd for a suburban location.
2) very limited options for dinner, if wanting something different than the hotel's own restaurant's menu
3) despite proximity to a business district and a university, the hotel is NOT...

'The hosts Donna and Roy were very friendly and welcoming an keen to make our stay more comfortable including advice of the nearby attractions of restaurants, shopping centres etc. The amenities were also good and comfortable. We found the immediate area very good as it was safe, close to the beach with many walking paths. '
