'Wish there was room for nightstand on both sides of bed. Queen size bed instead of king would have made this possible.'

'No air con in first room. Got moved into the next door room, air con worked but room was very tired. Don’t look at the carpet, there’s a million stories in there. Toilet door busted and held together with a zip tie! In saying that, bed was comfy, bedding was clean (I checked after reading other comments), the hotel is in a great location and I was there for one night. Good cafe downstairs on the corner, woolies, bws & good choice of restaurants nearby. '

'Het hotel is gehorig. Je hoort de buren het toilet doorspoelen of douchen. Er staat een constante tocht stroom waardoor deuren (ook in de nacht) dicht knallen. In de spa is de stoomcabine defect. Aangezien er één sauna en één stoomcabine is valt deze voorziening voor de helft terug.'

'We ended up in a massive suite which was gorgeous. Right in downtown Parramatta which can be a good thing or a bad thing depending on your expectations'

'Property is across the road from Westmead Public Hospital and I needed additional parking after the 10,00 am checkout. At time of check-in there was a sign in the office advising that extended parking would cost guests $15 and non guests $25. During the evening I rang desk from room and was advised that extended parking to 1.00pm would cost $15. At checkout I was advised that extended parking up to 12 noon was free and that after 12 noon the cost was $6 per hour. Three different rates including...
