'Very friendly and helpful staff. I stayed in 2 different rooms - one was a bit tired and had a safety lock broken (so I requested a room change) the other one more modern. Staff was very helpful in accomodating the room change. Unfortunately there was quite a bit of noise from outside (hotel is an an area with a lot of nightlife around). Breakfast food was adequate. Fresh fruits, cereal, yoghurt and good hot buffet but limited pastry selection. Ambiance of bar and breakfast area lackluster.'

'Convenient location. The shower is over the bath and there was visible mould so the tiles need re-grouting / fresh silicone. The restaurant was closed the night we were there, I was unwell so ordered room service as not up to going out. On ordering it said 30mins but was more like 45mins and we ended up leaving it after a few bites as it was like warm at best. I tried to prebook the $20 parking but no one responded so had to pay $30 at the overflow parking. The bed was comfy.'

'I stay often as it’s convenient walk to the places I need to go in the cbd and the rooms are spacious and large bathrooms with a bath! The beds are also very comfortable not to soft which I love I always have a great sleep and quiet rooms highly recommend and they have a deal with the Wilson car parking on hindley street which is a very short walk behind the hotel one st back. Great restaurants on site to and walking distances for other choices ☺️'

'We spent 4 nights at Hotel Panorama. It was convenient to the places we were visiting whilst in Adelaide and it is brand new, so generally everything sparkles! The free parking was appreciated. I had made a change to our booking prior to our visit, which hadn’t updated on the Hotel system when we booked in, however, the reception staff were able to sort it out for us.'

'The room was spacious and clean, and the staff were courteous. The hotel restaurant was average, with dry Chicken Kiev (little filling), and sugary breakfast cereals. We'd stay again, but might eat out.'
