'The property could do with a bit of upgrade. Some parts are tired looking. But very Clean and comfortable.'

'Check-in information very clear. Unit was well appointed with everything needed. In general the room and fitout was clean, except for two frypans on a shelf which still had grease and food bits in them. Not a big deal as I washed and then used them for rest of stay. The one issue I has was the keys for the unit did not include the security screen door at fron, nor the screen door to courtyard - this would have been good to improve airflow when away. I managed a workaround for the screens, but...

'Close and convenient to hospital '

'The house was very comfortable particularly the beds. All the amenities were there. So we were very pleased overall. However The couch in the tv rooom is very worn. and the tv is very slow to respond to the remote. We would have liked to have two keys for entrance to the house. The garden and outdoor areas were a real let down. Plants are dead or dying, lots of old pots left around, Nothing was swept up and there was an old carcase of a dead bird on the paving.'

'This is a gem of a place to stay, close to Kings Park perfect for walks also walking distance to shops. The host Ted was very lovely and ensured our stay was enjoyable. It was the perfect place for us to stay that met all our needs. '

'The house is very old/tired and run down, definetly needs renovating. The area was nice and convenient to everything we needed. It did the job, it was cheap but needs some money spent on it.'

'Couldn’t get hold of the property manager leading up to check in, then when I did speak with him he claimed he couldn’t get hold of me. I was text messaging him and via stayz. Drains smelt, broken power outlets, both bed sheets stained ad said entire house but a room was blocked off overall very dirty have photos which I sent to property manager and again no response absolutely disgusting property and service, the last time we’ll be using stayz'
