'The host was super responsive, polite, and gracious. It was a quiet neighborhood. This is the basement of an occupied home, so you can hear some, but no issues with excessive noise. Area was clean and welcoming. I shared this with the host, but there was no fridge. Latoya gave me access to hear wine chilling unit almost immediately to meet my needs- so appreciated. I would need a "real fridge," but would otherwise stay againThanks, Latoya! '

'We went to Richmond to attend a concert at the Allianz Amphitheater. Unfortunately, due to lightning in the area, our event was canceled. Since we were already in the city, we decided to stay, and had an amazing time in this home. There is a wonderful bakery on one corner of the street (Honey Baked Bee - amazing!!) and a nice diner/cafe/bar on the other corner (The Hill Cafe - get the Brussels Sprouts!!) 'This is a great, well appointed property in an easy to access location. The home was clean and neat, though we’d recommend fewer air fresheners as those aggravated some allergies. The front porch is great for morning coffee, and the quaint backyard was a lovely place for dinner. The home has everything you need; we’ll definitely consider staying again if we are in the area!'

'We had a fantastic here while in Richmond for my son's wedding. The location was convenient to all of our events downtown and in nearby areas.The home was spotless, beautifully maintained, and fully stocked with everything we needed. When we had a couple of small questions during our stay, Matt was quick to respond and incredibly helpful.This is a wonderful place to stay in Richmond, and we would absolutely book again.'

'Was provided parking pass and parked in correct lot. Recd 2 50 parking tickets. Requested assistance from host and was advised they had ceased relationship with parking vendor, albeit was provided parking pass. Was refunded for 1 of 2 ticket. Asked about WiFi PW and advised it was on back of router but may not work due to recent change. Correct - no WiFi. Location was 3 blocks away from what is posted on site. Actual location in a more unsafe area. '

'Lovely home in a quiet area within walking distance to Forest Hill park and some restaurants. The house was very clean and well equipped. We appreciated the clear instructions and recommendations on nearby attractions and restaurants. '

'We all had a wonderful stay at City Richmond Life! Although we did not use the area in the fenced-in backyard, it appears to be a wonderful hang out for all ages. A place to gather, relax, enjoy the ambience and all its amenities. The home is updated and modern yet very cozy and made us feel very welcome. Luke was very responsive with any questions we had. Would definitely stay again in the future!'

'Really neat experience. Beautiful sunset! The owner met us there and showed us on the boat for a tour. Even offered to let us use the “party” deck on their other boat a couple slips away. Super nice couple. The interior had a warm and cozy vibe. Fast internet. I have not one complaint. '
