'Het hotel ziet er netjes en schoon uit. Een prima ontbijt. Kamer met goede voorzieningen. Inchecken zeer snel, effectief en vriendelijk. Overigens mag er wel een lift extra.'

'A restaurant and bar was part of the facility, but the menu was limited and breakfast was NOT included. A surprise was the $10/vehicle/day parking charge. This for a hotel with nothing but space all around it. Since we were using this for a meet up - we got to pay $20 for parking for one room! Another Marriott in the same town was $30 more, but included breakfast and FREE parking. We will NOT be staying at Delta Hotels again!'

'I enjoyed my stay and will definitely come back. I was very pleased with the cleanliness of the room and amenities. The best part of my experience was engaging with staff. The professionalism exhibited by every staff member that I came in contact with, provided the utmost customer service support. I would like to acknowledge Ty, and her leadership skills. I witnessed a few unforseen situations that was out of her hands; for instance, the key cards were not working and she had two guests in line....

'Het hotel ligt in het zuiden van Virginia, dus de gesproken taal bij de receptie is ook met zuidelijk accent. Internet vrij toegankelijk (1 uur max. per keer). De keycards voor de kamer moesten elke dag opnieuw ingesteld worden (technische fout?). Ontbijt mogelijkheid ruim aanwezig (niet inbegrepen).geen douche bij zwembadje en ik vond het erg gechloord.'

'I was very surprised and disappointed. I booked with Dominion Hotel not expecting much but a decent place to just sleep and shower and it was close to the airport . But upon checking in, I felt instant regret and awkwardness because I didn’t expect to see what I was seeing. I guess I overlooked the pictures or assumed it couldn’t be that bad when I booked it. The reception area was not at all welcoming, maybe because there weren’t anything in the room but a woman behind a plexiglass waiting...
