'The room was great, staff was phenomenal and it was a great location. The beds were comfortable and clean. The bathrooms were updated and extremely clean. Love the scent in the rooms. It was a very fresh welcoming home smell. The rooms did not smell like a dingy hotel. Overall, my hotel stay was great.'

I loved the pool the large outdoor chess pieces and games for kids ! The beds were huge and cozy and the staff was truly kind and amazing ! Very clean and conveniently located near great dinning and shopping!'

'Beautiful southern hotel. Spacious rooms. Outdoor pool. Rooftop bar. Staff was amazing. Only place we stay when visiting Augusta.'

'During my stay, I observed certain staff members on personal phone calls both at the front desk and outside the facility while no one was available to assist guests at the front desk. This created an unprofessional impression and made it difficult to receive assistance when needed. Additionally, upon checkout, I was informed that I owed a $40 balance for a room upgrade. I never requested, authorized, or agreed to any room upgrade, so I was surprised to see this charge added to my account.'

'breakfast was absolutely horrible. it would be better if they took it down, it was so bad. barely refilled. at one point there were ten people just waiting for food and there was none.'

'Was a nice stop staff very helpful and friendly. Did not have breakfast but had coffee and a granola bar. Places near by to eat so was fine. Workers are fixing up the place our room was great clean and quiet. A nice smaller place to stay.'

'Voor een hotel By Hilton had ik beter verwacht... Relatief kleine kamer. Bed had een kuil, douche was een kleine cabine. Het rook er naar natte hond. Wat kan kloppen want huisdieren zijn welkom. En geen open raam om te luchten. Handvat in de deur naar de douche viel er uit bij aanraking. NB je mag je huisdier dus meenemen wat positief is maar heb je bijv astma meldt dit eerst even bij de vriendelijke en behulpzame receptie. '
