'For the price range this is an excellent place to stay. Room was very clean and tidy. Beach access is easy to a nice beach. Swimming pool is excellent and very well maintained. Location is good, very close to Black Rock which is one of the best swimming spots and has food trucks with great burgers and the best coffee we had in Rarotonga. 'Great location, right on the beach with excellent snorkelling with tons of fish. Really comfy sun loungers. Can help yourself to kayaks right on the beach. Snorkels and flippers are provided in your room. You need to walk thru reception to get to the Rarotongan now, but that gives you great sunset views from the bar/restaurant there. Food options are same at both sites.'
