'The view of this property was simply out of this world amazing. Every single morning we felt like we were in heaven! The room was lovely with plenty of space for everyone in our party. It almost felt like we were in a place outside of time. We will definitely be coming back here.'

The condo was well equipped, had nice furnishings, the pool with ocean view was amazing and overall such a safe high end area. Our whole group couldn’t say enough good things about our stay. '

'Checkin very friendly, the park is super clean, parking easy. Apartment good with lot of extra's like dishwasher, washing machine, coffee etc. Close to the black beach. Although there is not much around the location (20-30min drive for a supermarket), thats not the worst. On the big island everything takes time to drive, so for a relaxing place, this hotel is recommended.'

'Fantastic stay, but AC charge was a head-scratcher The vacation condo rental was wonderful in almost every way. The location was perfect, offering stunning views and easy access to local attractions. The unit was spotless and beautifully decorated, providing a comfortable feeling upon arrival. The kitchen was well-stocked, and the beds were comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. However, an extra charge for using the air conditioning was a surprise. 'The room felt newly refreshed. There was easy access by a short staircase from the parking lot to the room. The bed and couch were a bit too hard for my taste, but that’s a personal preference. It was great having a washer/dryer in the unit and also to get a room clean halfway through which I was not expecting.'

'This is a fantastic property where we spent a 5-day family getaway. The unit is spacious, clean, fully equipped overlooking a beautiful golf court. Shops, grocery store and restaurants are within walking distance. About 10-30 minutes to any of the well-known beaches. It will take about 2 to 2.5 hours to go to the volcano. Overall, we really enjoyed the place. Definitely will consider staying there again. '

'Great location. Easy walk into the heart of Ali'i Dr. shops and restaurants. Nice room, had everything we needed. Elevator wasn't working, didn't bother us as we were on a lower floor, but those above us didn't have it so easy. We were told the "parts were on order". Hot tub by pool also wasn't working, were going to call in someone to "look at it". Pool was perfect. Would definitely return. Beautiful scenery. '

'We stayed here for the Ironman. Since our son qualified late we were very lucky to find this place. Communication with Sarah was perfect from the beginning. She gave us tips for restaurants, beaches, etc. She even supported our son during the Ironman. We loved the house. Our bed was even long enough for me (I'm about 2 meters tall). The kitchen has all the things you need. We loved both lanai's. The neighbourhoud is quiet. And it's just a short drive to the center and the supermarkets. We would...

'We travel a lot but this was by far the best vacation rentals we have stayed so far! The house is beautiful and has a breathtaking view. It practically has everything you need and also offers plenty of beach items and snorkeling gears. We also loved the thoughtful welcome gifts of Hawaiian treats. We would love to return to this beautiful rental when we go back to the big island!'

'We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Kona. The condo was clean and well stocked. We stopped at Costco and cooked in most nights. KTA is right up the street for other groceries. We walked to the Outrigger right next door to see the manta rays at night. Great location and great condo. Ashok was good about communication with us. Would definitely recommend.'

"In general the property was quite nice. Rooms are spacious if somewhat run down (they were doing some renovations though so that might be solved soon). It is in a nice location by the ocean and the bar/restaurant was very enjoyable with good staff. The pool is somewhat small but acceptable, the private lagoon somewhat makes up for this though (it is also a great place to try out your snorkel before going into the ocean). The hotel is within walking distance of the town which is useful for finding food, drinks and other small shopping. Main issue we had was that the big trucks driving past can be quite loud if you are on that side of the hotel. The AC was also very loud and right above the bed, it also turned on and off every few minutes throughout the night so if you are sensitive to sound this might be nice to know. In general I would recommend this hotel if you can get a good deal on the price. It is quite nice for a 3* hotel. "
