'It was good, just the AC was hot, and it might be small for a whole apartment, but we slept in the living room close to the AC, and that improved everything. Other than that, it was amazing!'

'The view of this property was simply out of this world amazing. Every single morning we felt like we were in heaven! The room was lovely with plenty of space for everyone in our party. It almost felt like we were in a place outside of time. We will definitely be coming back here.'

'First of all, they had the AC on BEFORE we got there, it felt so good when we opened the door! Second, we really liked the option that we could cook some meals inside the unit with everything they provided. Get fridge, microwave, coffee maker, blender (!), portable double burner, pots & frying pans, cooking & eating utensils, bowls, plate, mugs, glasses.... 'Like: Large/spacious condo. good snorkeling bay nearby, 3 pools, ocean view, covered parking. pickle ball. well kept property and grounds. Most stuff was labeled in condo. Cable and internet TV. Gated community for security. Dislike: have to pay extra for A/C, but good window ventilation, so we didn't quite need it in August except one night. 'Checkin very friendly, the park is super clean, parking easy. Apartment good with lot of extra's like dishwasher, washing machine, coffee etc. Close to the black beach. Although there is not much around the location (20-30min drive for a supermarket), thats not the worst. On the big island everything takes time to drive, so for a relaxing place, this hotel is recommended.'

'Everything was pretty good. The only issue that I had was that the place smelled like old cigarettes or cigars musty smell.'

'Easy contactless check in, easy directions/arrival details. Clean, lots of space and quiet neighborhood (except for those frogs at night!) but loves being in nature and close to Kilauea. '

'We stayed here for the Ironman. Since our son qualified late we were very lucky to find this place. Communication with Sarah was perfect from the beginning. She gave us tips for restaurants, beaches, etc. She even supported our son during the Ironman. We loved the house. Our bed was even long enough for me (I'm about 2 meters tall). 'Great location. Easy walk into the heart of Ali'i Dr. shops and restaurants. Nice room, had everything we needed. Elevator wasn't working, didn't bother us as we were on a lower floor, but those above us didn't have it so easy. We were told the "parts were on order". Hot tub by pool also wasn't working, were going to call in someone to "look at it". Pool was perfect. Would definitely return. Beautiful scenery. '
