'In general the property was quite nice. Rooms are spacious if somewhat run down (they were doing some renovations though so that might be solved soon). It is in a nice location by the ocean and the bar/restaurant was very enjoyable with good staff. The pool is somewhat small but acceptable, the private lagoon somewhat makes up for this though (it is also a great place to try out your snorkel before going into the ocean).

'Personeel was heelnaardig, locatie was prachtig, maar onze douche gaf alleen maar koud water. We hebben bij de front desk gevraagd of er iemand naar kon kijken. We waren die dag toch de hele dag op excursie (van 7 uur ‘s morgens tot 7 uur ‘s avonds). Echter toen we terug bij de kamer kwamen stond de deur gewoon open…. Great family suite and pools, a few service misses kept it from being perfect
We stayed at Hilton Grand Vacations at Kings’ Land in Waikoloa, Kona from March 12–18 and overall had a very good experience. The resort is beautiful, the suite was huge and spotless every day, and the pools were the highlight—clean, warm, and fun for the kids even when it rained. My children still talk about how much they loved the water slides and lazy river, and that alone made the trip...

'Perfecte ligging aan het strand waar allerlei voorzieningen zijn zoals snorkelen. Daarbij prima gelegenheid om bijv. schildpadden te zien; zelfs langs het strand. Zwembaden bij het hotel zijn ook prima. Gezellige bar met prima eten ook in het restaurant. Hotelpersoneel is supervriendelijk.'

'Beautiful beach! Enough lounge chairs. We used the cabanas two days. Food and drinks are good. Any issue you needed help with was immediately taken care of.
Did not like that one guest had two big Doberman dogs on property off leash. The energy was a little scary also. We turned around and didn’t use the hot tub that night. '

'We had vacation plans change as storms on the island and at home changed our travel. IHG was available at very reasonable room rates. We were warmly welcomed and had great interactions with all staff members from the front desk to cleaners. The breakfast was good with nice options. The pool was refreshing and the hot tub was excellent! Our room was quiet, comfortable and clean. It was a very good stay—especially given the circumstances!'

'Het appartement was erg ruim en comfortabel. Alles was aanwezig. Ook is er een eigen parkeerplek.
Een klein puntje, ik kwam aan in het donker en het was even zoeken naar het juiste gebouw en parkeerplek aangezien dat allemaal niet verlicht is dus amper te zien.'
