'Stayed here for one night. Friendly staff, room was clean, everything worked. Gym is a bit worn out, security key was missing so not all equipment can be used.'

'They over sold and did not have the room I requested. They accommodated quickly and refunded my money. Great customer service!'

'We were worried about the location with semi trucks all around but surprisingly it was very quiet abd clean. Beds very comfortable. Shower nice abd hot with excellent water pressure.'

'Good hotel for traveller like me. Great location and friendly people. highly recommanded'

'The room was very nice. It was roomie, and clean. We are traveling with our dogs and we were happy there was a grassy area for them.'

'Very clean'

'Dirty surroundings, rooms, dirty towels, shady looking characters. I would avoid this hotel.'

'Place was super musty and there were bugs all over bathroom floor. Front desk told me there is breakfast from 6:30a to 9:30a. My daughter and I came down at 8:30 and there was nothing. All doors to breakfast area locked. No one was present at front desk.'

'Check in was Simple. The location of this rental is at a beautiful event venue-Suttle Ridge. This rental is the guest quarters behind the main quarters and there is also a beautiful pavilion with an amazing views. The main quarters and pavilion were rented for part of our stay. The owners were very transparent from the start about this. I mistakenly did not read the full amenities while booking and discovered upon arrival there was no air conditioning. There were two large fans but it was a bit...

'Appreciated that the TV remote actually had batteries. Falling asleep wasn't an issue thanks to quiet rooms and blackout curtains. The location is convenient for local attractions.'

'Basic but everything worked fine without fuss.'

'We stayed at this property so we could float the Caddo river. It was a nice quiet stay, the porch on the back is relaxing with a beautiful view. The property is just as explained two bedroom 1 bath. There's enough parking for big vehicles. The neighborhood is very quiet.'

'Three nights spent near Henderson State gave me rest without distractions. Air conditioning worked quietly throughout. Clean bathrooms with fresh toiletries stood out most. Felt like getting value without fuss or extra hype.'

'Beautiful and clean place to stay, highly recommend.'

'Desk area right by the window allowed easy natural light while working comfortably indoors.'

'Would book again without hesitation. The WiFi was strong enough to finish work emails easily. Staff at the front desk were helpful whenever I needed something.'
