'We (me, Trophy Husband) are on a two month road trip and wanted to stay at a place with a kitchen. This is exactly what we wanted. Note: There is a kitchen but zero items to cook or eat with. You must bring your own, which we did. Rooms facing west have great views of Mt. Bachelor. We opted, however, for a 4th (top) floor room facing east (because we didn't want to hear anyone above us).
