Chalets in Oregon

'This rental did the job but didn’t wow us. It feels pretty worn and could probably use a refresh. There is a pretty strong musty smell that was hard to overcome. I’m guessing removing the old carpets and going with hardwoods might help that. It could also use a deep cleaning. Things were dusty, there was hair in the clean towels. The couch is very uncomfortable and made it hard to relax in the space. On the plus side you have very good access to the beach, though it’s a bit of a steep climb....

'A very nice cabin in the woods with a great view! Felt new / well maintained. Loved sitting on the porch overlooking the lake. Good location. The driveway to the cabin is a little rough. Bring a sleep mask as the cabin is filled with morning light.'

'Great location. Close enough to crater Lake being able to use the kayaks on the lake was great. The lake is very close to the house.'

'We had a nice stay but I wouldn’t call it remodeled. All the appliances in the kitchen was super old and the fridge was falling apart and having a hard time keeping cool. Only 4 toilet rolls for the whole stay. But it was comfortable for the time we were there.'

'The view of the lake was amazing! Host ensured we had all the info needed and great direction to the property. Would stay again.'

'If you're headed to Mt. Hood, look no further. A great, fully remodeled home/cabin in the heart of Government Camp. A floor plan with great amenities for large families or a few families and all to enjoy. We went there in the summer with great access to lakes and nearby fun, but look forward to revisiting in the snow, as this looks like a great spot to stay during the winter climate also. Very well kept and clean.'

'Very comfortable with amazing views and very private. I would stay there again.'
