'We were visiting family friends so we didn’t spend much time there but I would definitely come back. We stayed in a cottage and it was comfortable for 3 of us (1 couple, 1single). It was great having a full kitchen but we only had time to use the fridge, coffee maker and microwave. The floor/ceiling fan needed a cleaning but that was nothing compared to all of the positives. Beautiful grounds and John that checked us in and out was very helpful and friendly. '

'This a cozy tent next to a horse pasture. You have a stunning view of the Wallowas in the morning and evening. It is clean and warm, with a hot shower. This is the perfect place to stay after some lovely long hikes. Close to town but yet secluded. I have stayed here before and I hope to do so again in the future. The hosts are welcoming, kind, and always ready to help.'

'This is a great concept, and the Evans Family Farm delivers "glamping" in every way. I've camped rugged, like a sheepherder, many times in my life, and this was indeed the lap of luxury. Yes, you'll be "roughing it" a bit, but Kathy, Grady and Grady (mom, dad and son) provide all the necessary amenities. Especially if you've got kids, give this a try. The photo below was my view straight out the zip-door of the tent every morning...'

'The signage for the property is less than average, magic marker arrows on wood planks and cardboard, strapped to sticks in the ground. never saw anything for the butterfly pavilion or the wildlife preserve but we were only there overnight and didn't explore because of the "Do Not Enter/Employee Only" signs. The Glamping tent itself was clean and comfortable and the bed was excellent.'

'Very unique property and the hosts were great. Sleeping in the yurt was a blast and the property was secluded and private. Would stay again if in the area. Perfect blend of comfort and nature!'
