'Het hotel heeft een prachtige ligging en is van vroeger uit een herenhuis geweest. De stijl is ook grotendeels behouden gebleven. Het personeel is hartstikke vriendelijk. Jammer dat de kamers zo gedateerd zijn. Ontbijt en diner zijn prima. Dinerkaart mag wel wat worden uitgebreid. '

'Pleasantly surprised at how large the room was. While there are a few areas of wear and tear, I found the room to be comfortable and clean. Bed was comfortable and even thought this location doesn’t have airco, they do have a fan in room. While small, the fan was sufficient to keep it cool enough for a good nights sleep. We would definitely return to this location, if needed, in the future. No info about breakfast because we didn’t need it but you are conveniently next to a service area so...

'Things I didn’t like Headboard quite worn which was a bit off putting. Toilet didn’t flush properly but a small bucket was provided. Toiletries were a bit hot and miss (and mix) Clearly a lot of effort goes into the hotel and the staff are really good as was breakfast. There is a large car park right outside the hotel with an overflow which is great.'

'On arrival we were told we were being upgraded to a ‘privilege’ room. Great I thought. Not so. We walked down and along to a very dark and tired room with no view on the ground floor. Yes, it had robes to wear (short, small and scratchy), yes it had a coffee machine (we don’t drink coffee) and a small fridge. I went back to reception to ask if we could see the original room but were told they were full! The large shower head was dripping water not enough to wash in and the fridge didn’t have any...

'As a place to stay it was okay. There was no restaurant as it is being renovated, luckily there was a good Indian restaurant virtually opposite. Parking is £3 per 24 hours unless included in your booking. Breakfast was okay but mainly carbs. Would I stay there again probably not'

'The hotel was very clean. Staff couldn’t be more helpful. Never stayed at a Days Inn before but would certainly stay with them again. Although the hotel was on the m1 we didn’t hear any traffic noise. There was no restaurant at the hotel but services was next door'

'We loved our stay here. It was just what we needed a wholesome family night away. The food was amazing, the views spectacular and our cottage was very cute, clean and comfortable with everything we needed. Definitely highly recommend.'
