'Our hotel was very nice. Location was stunning, lake view is amazing. Our room with private onsen was beautiful. ( ha ha it took us til the last day to figure out there was a tap to add cool water to cool it down…. It was 50°C) but no matter as the public onsen was fantastic especially the rooftop one that overlooked the gorgeous lake. Simply amazing, relaxing, perfect. My biggest problem with all Japanese onsen is the array of lovely lotions and potions that I couldn’t decipher what they...
