'As we didn’t book direct with the hotel our evening meal wasn’t included. That wasn’t a problem as you could dine in any of the restaurants for £30 per head. Traveller’s be aware though if you didn’t want to dine in there was no other food purchase options available after 4pm. They don’t offer room service either. The grounds are extensive and it’s not possible to walk to anywhere. Take snacks with you as there is a fridge available in the room.'

'The place itself was immaculate. However the moment we checked in we went to the spa where the cryotherapy was broken and we couldn’t order any refreshments as the lady said she couldn’t leave her post. We waited for over an hour and half for dinner and there was no advice on things to do on activities.'

'The cottage was very cosy and had all the amenities we needed. The bed was so comfortable and everything was spotlessly clean.'

'Zeer goed middelgroot country hotel. Hotel is zeer oud wat je kan merken aan de golvende vloeren. Hotel is mooi gerenoveerd. Hou er wel rekening mee dat het op een zeer drukke kruising ligt. Wel dubbele ramen. Ontbijt is zeer goed. Vooral als je een Engels ontbijt wil is er heel veel keus. In de bar kan je bijna de hele dag eten bestellen. Zeer ruime keus. Personeel is zeer vriendelijk. Zoek je een hotel in een rustiger plaats, kijk dan eens in Broadway. Rustig en zeer mooie plaats.'

'The location in Morton-in-marsh was excellent. Our room was small but adequate for 2 nights. We ate in the pub and the food was good, although it's a shame they don't provide breakfast. The pub was very quiet and closed at 9.30pm so there was a lack of atmosphere. But it was fine as a base for a couple of days.'

'Ligt echt naast Blenheim Palace, wat super handig als je het paleis wilt bezoeken en de Agriculture shows.'

'It is truly a unique experience in a marvellous town. The family room is at the far end of the pub, private and still you can mingle with the pub crowd if you want too. The bus to Oxford (once per hour in the weekend) stops in front of the pub, an absolute plus. There’s only room for four cars at the parking so get in there in time. If you have a dust allergy it’s better to chose something else. This is a couple of hundred years old environment; it’s prown to have dust. '

'Due to delays late at the hotel. Phoned to reserve for dinner at 8 pm; not possible agreed with 8.15. Normallly een good sign when it is that busy. When arriving at the hotel no one at the reception. Waiter told us to wait. It took 15 minutes. Reception needed creditcard which I did not understand as we paid in advance. Felt treated as if we were criminals. Went to restaurant where we got the most unattractive table in a almost empty restaurant. Menu very limited and overpriced. As we had to...
