'The hotel staff is super. The rooms are somewhat outdated. I had a room on the 5th floor with volcano view. Outside there are loud fans of airco units. The sliding doors/windows don't work nor close completely. The shower is hard to get right, there's either a powerfull jet or a tiny bit less powerful jet to choose from, a diagonal jet all over the place. There are frequent parties, on Friday night one with loud music outside till 2:30. In the hotel lobby bar area next to the restaurant...

'The staff was incredibly accommodating and always quick to help with anything we needed. Anytime we asked for something, they came right away with a smile, which really made us feel taken care of. The pools were beautiful and relaxing, and we really enjoyed spending time at the pool bar. We also loved exploring El Tunco at night. The town is full of life with music, shops, and people walking around, which made the experience even more memorable. Overall, we had a fun and relaxing stay.'

'Enjoyed the stay. First impression bit weird, have to sign a document spelling out the damage you have to pay for damaged property (logic you have to, but never needed to sign for it) and room without window. But bed and shower excellent and the view from the terrace is amazing, in the morning accompanied by great variety of birds. Price is very reasonable. '
