'Upon arrival I had to fix the lock of the door after letting the night-desk employee fiddle with it for 30 minutes. It was an easy task for me, so no big deal. Just a small delay after check-in. Another issue is that we booked the room because we had free bicycles to use from the hotel, upon arrival they could not deliver the bikes, so that limited our mobility.
