'Room was clean and staff very accommodating for fresh towels or anything we needed. The only downfall we had was no automatic doors for access at the entrance to hotel in a wheelchair. Made it a little diffucult. '

There was drywall covering the fire detector. The pool didn’t work. With four other hotels in the area, I would’ve made another choice if I hadn’t have paid in advance.'

'Parking felt safe. Staff was friendly and helpful. The hallway carpeting on the way to our room was quite stained in a few places which made me nervous about the potential condition of our room. My fears were unfounded as the room, while dated, was very clean. Our bed was exceptionally comfortable. We were on a tight schedule and couldn’t take advantage of the breakfast. '

'The front counter person did not welcome us. He just asked for our last name. I gave him my credentials and he gave me keys to the room and then said the elevator was out. I asked for a refund and he gave it to me without question. He said all elevators were out in other hotels as well. He recommended the Drury and we stayed there. '
