'대가족에 너무 잘 쉬다 갑니다. 모든 전자제품 크고 새것에 음식물 처리기까지 완벽했고 뷰는 최고입니다. 단지 건물 자체 노후함있을뿐 이였어요.'

'We had no trouble finding the house. We spent most mornings and evenings on the back balcony which had a great view. The Naval base was only 10 mins away and the house is on a dead end so almost no traffic. House was clean and well supplied. AC worked great and the car port was covered so never had to get wet the hole time we stayed. Would recommend this location to anyone.'

'The check in process was very frustrating. The noisy AC unit had to be repaired while we spent the day waiting for the repairman to procure the part and complete the repairs. The TV needs instructions to operate the system. There were 3 remotes and only one seemed to do anything.'

'Hafa adai !!Nice and clean accommodations. Safe environment centrally located on the island. Dina was amazing and a pleasure to work with. Her on site coordinator was also amazing and of quick and prompt support. Highly recommended.'

'This property is adjacent to the University of Guam and is located near center of the island to give easy access to most everything. The accommodations were clean serviceable and adequately furnished and stocked. There was some nightly noise in the neighborhood, but then it was over the near year. Overall, a very pleasant stay.'

'***The property owners have several units at different addresses. Be sure to confirm the address prior to booking! I was looking specifically for the Hagatna area. It was just me so I didn't need a lot of space. The location - for PEDRO'S PLACE only - was good. There was 1 assigned spot per unit and plenty of street parking in a decent neighborhood. One TV in the living room, unfortunately none of the 3 remotes linked to the TV and I had to use the power button to turn it on and off and had...

'The property was clean, pleasant, secure, and conveniently located. Dina and Jack were incredibly helpful in getting everything coordinated. I stayed for a month and a half and have no complaints. Awesome place.'

'What a great little home away from home. It was so awesome to visit my son stationed at the Air Force base, and to have a place I could cook for him and my family. Great location, we loved being right by the beach and near everything! Our host was absolutely amazing and responsive. I’d recommend this play to anyone staying for a visit!'
