'This hotel has the worst front desk staff and the worst management. It was 82 degrees in our room and I informed the staff that air conditioner wasn’t working. She had to call the manager to sent a maintenance guy, which is fine. The guy came, took about 20 minutes to try to fix it and it was unsuccessful.
