'Such a surprisingly fun hotel! The moment you walk in, it feels like you’ve entered a different world – tropical colors, hammock chairs, even birdsong in the background. I instantly felt like I was on vacation, right in the middle of Frankfurt. The room was super comfortable, and having a kitchenette was really convenient. 'Check-in instructions only arrived shortly before check-in time. We arrived a few hours early and was not easy to communicate with host in English. After the first day, we were asked urgently to move apartments because we were given the wrong one when we arrived. This was a major inconvenience. No recycling for paper, cans and bottles. Otherwise the location is great, and the apartment is nice, clean and comfortable.'

'Check-in procedure was a nightmare. After an hour of trying and failing to make the self-check in work, I was lucky to see an employee of the hotel and banged on a window to get their attention, or I might have been sleeping in my car that night. Hotel is down a dirt road past a junk yard and seemed really sketchy. Absolutely terrible experience - stay away!'
