'Relatief nieuw hotel, maar met veel gebreken. De eerste indruk is goed. Er was maar 1 lift in gebruik die erg langzaam is. Af en toe erg lang wachten. Zwembad gaf veel geluidsoverlast evenals het terras buiten. Geluid van buiten dringt makkelijk door. We hadden een extreem lawaaierig airconditioning. Service kwam snel en heeft de AC wat verschoven. Maakte niet meer extreem veel geluid maar vraag mij af of het niet binnen enkele dagen weer zou gebeuren. Heerlijk om niet in bad te hoeven...

'room was large and clean. Starbucks on site. no shop for snacks except for a few chips and some essentials in starbucks, vendingg machine with snacks available. parking convenient. staffvery friendly.'

'Large size room- I was pleasantly surprised at the size of the room with two queen beds. Room was clean and met our needs. We left before breakfast so I did not rate the amenities high as I didn't use any of them beyond the parking. '

'The staff was very nice and helpful. The property is just old and rooms are dingy, not very clean, ripped upholstery and the smell of smoke was worse than an ashtray being right next to you. Very very bad smoke smell'

'There were no pots, pans, plates, or utensils for cooking and eating. There was no couch or recliner for additional seating. The mattress seemed old and made noise when changing positions in bed. Other items seemed adequate. My stay was one night and did not cook or spend much time in the room. If my stay had been longer these deficiencies would have been more unpleasant.'

'It was disgusting, stains everywhere, the third floor hallways smell like baby poop. The sheets had holes in them, the bathroom had mold all over it. Stairwells had vomit in it and elevator was broke. Towels were missing from our room. A very poor experience overall, with an increased rate because the concert was in town.'

'Staff was very nice and helpful. Water took a long time to heat up and then it was just warm enough to take a shower. There was no channel line up in the room and the tv doesn't have a guide option to choose channels and see what is on. '
