'I have stayed at Infinity Bay several times and keep coming back- I love it there!
This was the first time that I stayed since you guys added the new pool. My only suggestion would be to add some shade (big umbrellas, shade sails) to the new pool (and to the other one too). Both pools are in direct sunlight for the majority of the day and the sun can be pretty fierce. Past that- I'll be back as soon as I can!'

'The resort did not honor the free breakfast even when shown the app where it states that it’s a “free” breakfast. Otherwise the resort was beautiful. We did lose power a few times and AC in our room was spotty. I’d recommend booking directly, as I’m pretty sure we had the worst room in this resort.'

'At first, I was a little skeptical about not having direct beach access in front of the property, but I was completely wrong. Cocolobo is truly a hidden gem, surrounded by lush tropical trees and overlooking a beautiful bay.
The beach is just a 10-minute walk to West End, where you'll find a gorgeous beach, great restaurants, and plenty of nightlife. When you're ready to unwind and recharge, Cocolobo is the perfect peaceful retreat.

'I really wanted to love this property because the location is beautiful, but unfortunately our experience was disappointing.
We stayed here from June 16–23 with a group of seven. During our stay, our section of the property experienced repeated power outages while other areas of the hotel still had electricity. We also went two nights without hot water.
We found insects in our room during our stay. I understand that this is a tropical destination and seeing an occasional bug is expected, but...
