'con la clara excepcion del personal de restaurantes que fue excelente, el resto fue muy desagradable. Mi esposa y yo fuimos a una actividad deportiva de nuestra hija, y el personal nunca ofrecio ayuda con las hieleras, equipo siempre nosotros todo el tiempo. Es mas ni saludar "buenos dias" se lograba de la mayoria del personal. La habitacion no funcionaba el tomacorriente, no habian ni siquiera dos tazas para cafe, el telefono no funcionaba tuvimos que bajar para avisar de cada desperfecto. ...

'Overall, the staff was very pleasant and courteous. I had an enjoyable experience. The property is gorgeous. However, upon arriving, the evening supervisor, named Patricia, was very sarcastic, indifferent, and rude. She was unwilling to make accommodations for my group, which consisted of my cousin, my one-year old son, and me. She blamed Expedia for the miscommunication and did not try to fix the problem. When looking for a resort in Roatan, I specifically looked for a family-friendly resort....
