'Very clean with towel replacement, garbage emptied, bathroom tidied… The air conditioner was excellent which was appreciated give the excessive temperatures. Refrigerator worked well. I was given several bottled waters upon request. Coffee was available first thing in the morning. Managers were very friendly and accommodating. Will definitely stay again. '

'We wanted a quiet weekend away and Potsdam was certainly the place! Pert House was QUIET! It was beautifully re-done, there were plenty of amenities in the kitchen, and it was easy to get in and out of. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances, snacks, and drinks. The room was equipped with a desk, couch, coasters, towels, etc. There was a lot of thought put into this spot. It was also super easy to walk to the downtown area for food and shops. There was an IGA directly across the street and...

'The treehouse was very cozy and cooled down very well at night. They have great trails and kayaks to use which the dog loved. The hosts were communicative and gracious. They gave us some fresh strawberries from their garden as well. We hope to get back in the not too distant future. '

'Really enjoyed the place! If you are looking for peace and quiet then you need to book this cabin. Sit out on the screened in porch or take a nap out there as well and listen to the St. Regis River run over the rocks. Plenty of acreage that Louie and Sandy have to walk along the established trails and take in the smells of the Adirondack forest. Just down the road is the Catherineville State Forest 1600 acres to explore as well as Sylvan Falls. Potsdam is about 20-25 mins away with some good...

'This apartment is spotless, had everything we needed and was super comfortable. It was also convenient to everything in town. Instructions and labels were very helpful. Will never stay in a hotel in Potsdam again!'

'Very nice stay, could be improved with a few inexpensive minor changes- an additional towel rack in the bathroom, more implements in the kitchen, instructions for use of some of the extras and appliances, and some warning about the fact that you can't park on the street overnight. Also a chair on night stand in each bedroom.'
