'Advertised pool but pool gone for two years'

'Perfect spot minutes from our son outside the city yet close to stores and restaurants . Even tho your across from mall you’re secluded and it’s quiet'

'When we arrived after midnight, we were told we had no room and could not be accommodated. They were fully booked and we'd have to go elsewhere. After a 3.5 hr drove this was unacceptable. I told them their mistake wouldn't be my inconvenience and that he must find us a room, 15 min later he miraculously found the room I booked. When people are travelling we should not get to our destination ready to go to bed and deal with these types of things'
