'Avoid this place if you can. My room was noisy, very dark and had a terrible chemical smell. No bedside lamps, only extremely bright ceiling lights. No visitors allowed. There’s a small pool on the roof but all the chairs were constantly claimed, even on a weekday. Some staff members were friendly. Location was good. '

'AC was not working and all the staff said it was there was no one from maintenance at night so we’ll have to wait until 9:00 am, I traveled with my kids and they recommended my kids to leave the door open since the AC was not working. The pictures on the hotel description do not match the actual conditions. Worst hotel ever not worth it.also the shower is not private it has a glass door and is directly in the bedroom , you can see someone shower from the bed. Old moldy furniture and rusted stair...

'De primera impresion nos asignaron una habitacion con un colchon y tendido de la cama deplorable. Por otro lado, el baño tenia mucha humedad. La recepcionista nos dio opciones para cambiar de habitacion y finalmente nos dio una opcion tercera de "upgrade" sin costo, a mis niños les gustó. Las amenidades en habitacion, solo cafe y botellas de agua, sin frigobar con bebidas como otras opciones todo incluido. 'I of course did not expect much for the low price I paid for the accommodation in Zona Romantica. But the modest facilities in my room were quite weary / not maintained properly. It was a unpleasant surprise to find out that the only window in my room was looking into a covered patio, which meant no direct sunlight in the room. I would personally not recommend this hotel, unless you are on a really low budget and/or do not care much of the condition of your accommodation, but still want to stay...

Barceló Guadalajara

Barceló Guadalajara

8/10 Goed
"It was a good hotel. The breakfast was really good and the restaurants in the hotel are very nice as well. There’s not a lot to do aorund the hotel and the neighborhood didn’t feel super safe. The only complaint is that when I booked it said that early check in was possible, well it’s only possible if you buy a whole night more, which would’ve been fine if that was mentioned before I booked with promotion, the extra night was almost my total of 3 nights. We had to wait in the lobby from 6am until 3pm because we couldn’t check in."
