'The hotel and grounds are well maintained, the staff is friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the stay here very much, would recommend to anyone.'

'The toilet bowl had a permanent ring, hard water stains and mildew in the draining rim around the toilet. Toilet seat had stains. Even after "cleaning" I still felt uncomfortable sitting directly on it so I lined it with tissue. The bathtub was dingy. Baby roaches in bathtub and front part of room (which I didn’t see til morning of, when were finally able to leave). All of the towels felt like sandpaper. Stayed here cause I had no other choice. If I were to break down again, I would hope for it...

'Very old outdated property. The staff were ok not very helpful. I would probably not stay here again unless everything in kinder was booked.'

'We were just there for a quick stop over, but could not use the shower due to build up in the drain that wouldn’t allow water to drain, and sent black gunk swirling when we turned on the water. There were also bugs, but dead and alive, in the living room. It has potential, but seems to need a new cleaning service!'

'When we arrived at the property we found bed bugs in one of the beds and when we notified the host it was no resolution or customer service offered to amend the problem.'
