'The best Hyatt Place that we have stayed so far. Its location is in the center of downtown, walkable to Market Square, Sun Sphere and University to Tennessee. The public parking garage is right behind the hotel. Many restaurant, pub, ice cream store choices. Staffs are very helpful and friendly. Breakfast buffet is much better than an average three star hotel. '

'Only issue was there was not a hair dryer. I assumed there was one so we didn’t pack one and found out they indeed do not have hair dryers. Other than that, it was great! Nice and clean and friendly staff. '

'Great place to stay, close to the attractions and easy access to the highway. Breakfast was good and the hot tub was great. Staff was attentive to needs of the guests staying there. Pet friendly if you bring them with you on your travels. '
