'Room was spotless, staff was great, location is perfect, and my requests were accomadated without question. This hotel is fantastic, very cool inside and out, and right across the street from the Worlds Fair Park & Downtown Knoxville. Our room with the Balcony was Perfect, couldn't ask for a better nighjt view or Sunrise over the river anywhere! Walked anywhere we needed to go and access to Campus, South & West Knoxville were very easy & within a few minutes drive. We'll definitely stay again...

'Rooms are clean, spacious, and well organized with excellent lighting. Hotel is quiet and breakfast has a nice variety of healthy, fresh food. This was our third visit. Pool closes at 10 pm so I haven't had a swim yet. '
