'Very nice hotel'

'We had a wonderful stay. Everything was perfect from start to finish. The location is excellent, the room was beautiful and very clean, and the view from the room was amazing. The hotel also has a beautiful garden where you can sit and relax, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Massimiliano is a very welcoming and friendly host who made us feel right at home. Thank you very much, Massimiliano, for the great stay. We would definitely recommend this place and would love to come back!'

'We had a wonderful stay at Penseone Sorriso, the staff were pleasant and very helpful, Avelina, Matteo and Wesly. The location is perfect it's nearby the train station. The Breakfast were great too. Highly recommended.'

'Giovanni is a good manager. The room was clean and the view was nice. However it's right on top of the hill. finding the address is not easy as the entrance is in a narrow back alley, it is a sharp uphill and the place has a tight stairs that are not suitable for heavy luggage. Younger folx may enjoy it more.'

'Spacious and clean room with good facilities. Very friendly and helpfull staff, giving us parking and traveling tips before and during our stay. Excellent quality for the price'

'Hotel is netjes, kamer is klein en simpel ingericht. Locatie is prima te vinden in Riomaggoire. '

'Zeer mooie locatie en goede service. De betalende parkeerruimte was zeer moeilijk berijkbaar langs de smalle stijgende weg. Vriendelijk personeel.'

'Place is in a middle of the mountain. Far away from the beach on a first picture which is very misaligning. The staff is unfriendly. They been rude to me because I made one load of laundry staying 5 nights and made me pay 10 euro for that. Also been telling me that I did two loads instead one. I refused to pay for something I didn’t use. It should be told during check in that there is additional charges for laundry. They did not change the towels at all, leak in a shower and staffed sink. Heel mooi!'

'Zeer verzorgd en uitgebreid ontbijt'

'Just a fantastic hotel with great views, a great restaurant, pool, access to hiking and free mini bus transportation down and up the hill to Monterosso. Beach is nice, easy access to train and I highly recommend taking the boat ride with Stefano who you will find in the marina. Great hotel, very clean.'
