Het is ca.15 minuten lopen naar La Spezia Centraal, waar vandaan, met grote regelmaat, treinen naar de dorpjes van Cinque Terre rijden. Het huis is compleet en comfortabel. Bien qu'il soit un peu à l'écart du centre ville, nous avons pris le bus (arrêt à 500m) puis le train à la gare centrale pour les cinq terres. Nous sommes tout proche aussi de jolis petits villages en direction de Portovenere, nous y avons passé notre dernière soirée. Nous regrettons de ne pas y être allés avant. Station en Parkeerplaats is op loop afstand. uitzicht is op een plein, druk bezocht met over het algemeen mensen uit de lagere sociale klasse. Dit brengt regelmatig de nodige problemen met zich mee maar niet op een voor ons persoonlijke gevaarlijke manier.'
