'Mauro was a gracious and welcoming host! The property, although secluded and if driving, is on top of a very winding road, is well appointed with a patio that offers a spectacular view of Lerici. The chalet was quaint as well, located at the bottom of about 50 stairs, making trekking luggage up and down a little challenging, but everything else makes up for that! There is little wi-fi, so if that is a necessity, you may need to provide your own hot spot. '

'Goede verwarming in slaapkamer. Badkamer véél te koud, zelfs het water was niet warm voor de tweede persoon. Kamer werd maar eens in de 3 dagen verzorgd, tussentijds werd ook geen toiletpapier bijgevuld. De beheerder was wel heel vriendelijk. Hulp bij door andere hotelgast afgesloten voordeur was goed. Ontbijt was goed.'

'Wow! Fantastic hosts and property! Fabulous view! Great breakfast selections. Clean rooms. VERY comfortable beds. We really appreciate the assistance on getting train tickets, restaurant recommendations, directions etc.It's well worth the 5 minute drive out of the village to be in the quiet environment with ocean and valley views. '

'I wish we’d stay longer. The property was amazing, matching such beautiful surroundings and sights of lovely Porto Venere! Also, the service and care shown by Giovanni is unmatched. From before our arrival until our departure, he made sure we were settled and made us feel as if we were the only guests on the property. '
