'Guest House Roma in Genua, worst ever... We arrived at the door of this multi story building and ring the bell .. Nobody opened the door...after 10 minutes someone who lived in the same building just came out and let us go inside.. We came at the floor bi an elevator from the thirties and ring the bell again...no answer....after heavy knock on the door another guest opened the door but did not know anything as the owner was at home and not in the building..in the confirmation email was said...

'The person who showed me my room and made breakfast was amazing! The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The coffee was strong. The bed was comfortable. The room was also very clean. The neighborhood is fairly convenient if you’re gonna be walking to the big Friday market. One thing you have to know before you book is, this is a very old building. Not everything works the way you’d most want to. I couldn’t figure out how to lock my door properly or close my window properly. The door thing...
