'Hôte accueillant et très belle maison à l’extérieur.Cependant, la cuisine pourrait être améliorée : les ustensiles n’étaient pas propres (très gras), il manquait une passoire, un plat au four, un économe... et seulement 4 bols pour le petit-déjeuner.Le nettoyage en général est à améliorer.Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour à la Villa Lucia'

'Toller Gastgeber. Paolo war sehr freundlich und stets bemüht, der Check‑in verlief reibungslos.Der Zustand des Hauses und der Einrichtungen entsprach jedoch nicht unseren Erwartungen. Bei der Ankunft war die Küche kaum gereinigt, die Spülmaschine war innen verschmutzt und funktionierte nicht. Trotz Reparaturversuchs durch Paolo konnte sie während unseres Aufenthalts nicht in Betrieb genommen werden.Auch der Komfort der Betten überzeugte uns nicht (eher harte Matratzen). 'Casa molto bella, stanza ben arredata e ottima negli accessori, posizionata in sito ben circondato da supermercati e ristoranti, vicino alla stazione ferroviaria.La casa, ha un bellissimo giardino di 1000mq, ben curato con una bellissima veranda.La casa è curata e accessoriata di tutto, lavatrice,lavastoviglie un camino e in giardino con un barbecue.Consigliato a famiglie e gruppi di amici.La proprietà è stata molto attenta nel seguici nel nostro soggiorno.Pulizia ottima .Strategica per gli...

'Communicatie met de verhuurder was erg moeilijk. Reageerde niet op onze mail, appjes of telefoontjes. Verder moesten wij enkele minuten voor de poort wachten, terwijl de eigenaar op het terras zat'

'Wir waren im August zu Gast. Die Sauberkeit im Haus war ok. Der Weg bzw. die Straße zum Haus ist abenteuerlich, keine Empfehlung für Kinderwagen. Zum Strand und in das Städtchen ist man zu Fuß in 10 Min, Supermarkt ist ebenfalls ganz in der Nähe. '
