'Echt fantastisch uitzicht uit kamer of tuintje, maar de foto's bedriegen wat. Tuintje of terras is er wel, maar geeft niet uit op de kamers. Airco werkt niet, en niet alle ramen hebben muggengaas, en ja er zitten veel muggen. Ontbijt is echt de prijs niet waard, restaurantkeuken is van degelijke kwaliteit. Locatie is een goede uitvalbasis om cinque terre te verkennen'

'Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft. Die Unterkunft bietet alles, ist sehr sauber, ruhig. Hat eigene Parkplätze vor dem Haus (sehr praktisch!). Die Zimmer sehr geräumig. Also, diese Unterkunft steht auf unserer "wir kommen wieder"-Liste. 👍'

'Place is in a middle of the mountain. Far away from the beach on a first picture which is very misaligning. The staff is unfriendly. They been rude to me because I made one load of laundry staying 5 nights and made me pay 10 euro for that. Also been telling me that I did two loads instead one. I refused to pay for something I didn’t use. It should be told during check in that there is additional charges for laundry. They did not change the towels at all, leak in a shower and staffed sink. 'Super emplacement en plein centre historique, gare et stationnement en parkings souterrains sont très proche env 200m (stationnement payant relativement cher comme tous les stationnements en ville 1,50 €/h), logement très très propre et luxueux, très bonne literie, les hôtes sont vraiments acceuillants (ne parlent pas le Francais, c'est pardonnable) mais font tout leur possible à répondre aux questions qui leurs sont posées, en anglais ou via appli sur smartphone. Nous y avons séjourné 3 nuits...
