'Excellent hotel in unbelievable location. Wonderful spacious room with balcony view over the sea. Outstanding breakfast. Fabulous service from reception, concierge, valet. Lovely swimming across the road.
Two more critical footnotes. First, the hotel's restaurant across the road served a poor dinner - heavily salted food, no bottled water given. Second, the hotel's bar kept very loud music going into the night.'

'We stayed in an executive double room, and we were very impressed. The room was very large, with a king-size bed, desk, and reading chair. The bed was quite comfortable, with 2 kinds of pillows. The room also had a large balcony, which gave us a great view of the city and mountains in the distance. The tv had a relatively large selection of English-language channels. 'The architecture was representative of old Lebanese mountain resort. The one differentiator was the delicious food and the amazing customer service, led by the hotel manager Fayez. It is a quiet place to unwind with the occasional sounds of children laughing and playing in the courtyard. The night was peaceful with sounds from the valley below of frogs. It was a magical experience for me.'

'Loved this hotel! Very clean, and they had just remodeled. The staff was so friendly and sweet! It is also located in a very good area and walkable to super cute cafe's, restaurants, and shopping. I would definitely stay at this hotel again when visiting Beirut. Prices were also very reasonable too. '

'We stayed for 10 days and we had a great time, hotel was very comfortable and clean. staff was very attentive and a pleasure to work with. If ever you are in this area and need a hotel I recommend this hotel very highly. wireless internet was always working at a good speed.'
