'Although superbly located just off Hamra street, the hotel itself is really nice and quiet. While I was staying (June 2014), they were redocorating the fourth floor and my room also looked like it was recently refurbished. Staff is polite and friendly, although not very talkative. "We enjoyed our time at this hotel very much. We appreciate the hospitality of all the personnel, the facilities in and outside the room, great breakfast lounge, food and breakfast crew, and the comfort throughout the hotel gave us a home worth feeling from start of our stay until the end. A small improvement would be the wifi dropouts from time to time in one of the rooms but this could be caused by being in a room edge of the building. And also several very short power cut offs which could be inherit to the city we were in. So overall a more than pleasant 2 weeks stay for us and a very deserved recommendation."
