'Relatief nieuw hotel, maar met veel gebreken. De eerste indruk is goed. Er was maar 1 lift in gebruik die erg langzaam is. Af en toe erg lang wachten. Zwembad gaf veel geluidsoverlast evenals het terras buiten. Geluid van buiten dringt makkelijk door. We hadden een extreem lawaaierig airconditioning. Service kwam snel en heeft de AC wat verschoven. Maakte niet meer extreem veel geluid maar vraag mij af of het niet binnen enkele dagen weer zou gebeuren. Heerlijk om niet in bad te hoeven...

'Staff are very helpful, forgot my sweater and they kept safe for three weeks until I returned. Hotels location is within view of most of the hospitals and just around the corner from most doctors offices.'

'Other than the hot tub being disgusting late in the.eveni g & the person at the desk Saturday night having a poor attitude when we mentioned it, the rest was OK. Told the lady about the biscuits being dried out one morning & she got fresh one right away nicely , No bad attitude.'

'The hotel has a great gym, pool,hot tub and awesome breakfast. But the bathrooms could use updating and the carpet needs to be stretched or replaced it was bunched all over the room.'

'Property just wasn’t very well maintained. Needs some updating and cleaning. Also no hot water for about 12-18 hours approx. wife had to take a cold shower one morning.'

'DO not stay at this property. The room was unacceptable when we arrived. The AC was not working properly, the shower was broken, the TV wouldn’t work, and there was a bag of trash in our room. The staff was not helpful at all. The hotel manager did promise us a refund on May 15th, but we still haven’t received it as of May 31st. Expedia has not been helpful in assisting us with the refund. My bank is involved now.'

'Easy parking'

'We liked the hotel and property- no complaints really. I was charged an extra ~$40, and have no idea why. I didn’t even get emailed a receipt. We used a bottle of water so I expected a $6 charge.'

'This hotel is going downhill from 6 years ago when I stayed for the first time , the rooms are dirty you can tell they just crean superficially. The only thing rising about this declining hotel is the price.'
