'It’s such a beautiful hotel and it’s close to the shopping area, great restaurants, and it’s not too far from the waterfalls and hiking spots. Staff were incredibly kind and checking in and out was super easy. We chose a patio room which was really easy to access as we just had to park outside our room. The room was thoughtfully decorated, gorgeous interior and very cozy beds. The bathroom was clean and spacious. Overall it’s a great hotel and it helped make our trip magical.'

'Was very very disappointed. I had a reservation for Saturday night. I called on Thursday night to cancel due to a family issue that was last minute. I was told they would cancel the reservation but had to charge me the nightly rate because it was too late. I said theres nothing you can do, they told me it was property policy no exceptions. This is the epitome of corporate greed, and shows why the world is in the shape its in. I personally will never stay at another Hampton Inn or Hilton...

'This is a nicely kept property in the heart of town. Underground or street parking is available and the staf extremely welcoming, particularly to our dog. The rooms are set up with a dog bed and bowls and if you are in doubt about how welcome they are, see the dog traets in reception. The only slight downside is that breakfast is linited to a very few items with not a piece of fruit in sight. We have stayed here more than once and all of the plusses more than make up for the breakfast. '

'De locatie was in orde, maar daar is alles mee gezegd. Het is een goedkoop motel, dus verwacht geen 5 sterren behandeling. Helaas had dit motel de basis ook niet op orde. Alles was vies en de kamer die we kregen was niet in orde. We misten kussens, die kregen we extra nadat we daar om vroegen.het bed zat vol.met vlwkken, evenals een van de hoofdkussens. De vloer was erg vies en we vonden overal haren. We hebben het motel hierop geattendeerd en ze gaven ons de mogelijkheid om een andere kamer...

Negatives: Light switches not working Tv was broken Wifi didn't work Bathroom was full of mold and ants I could not stand under the shower because the shower head was so low. Breakfast didn't include bread Positives: Room was big Bed was good This place is not worth the amount of money you have to pay.'

'Super easy check in. The cabin is in a great location, only minutes from Franklin. Also, conveniently close to many areas. Cabin was very clean and had everything you need for a stay. Already booked a return trip. '
