'Everything was good....staff was very nice and helpful. Rooms could use some updates. Our phone in the room was not even plugged in...no cord. '

'Hallways felt like walking in a furnace. Pool area was a bit gross. We had our room switched 3 times. Once was because front desk (only nice worker there was) was nice enough the first day to move when I realized I booked wrong room but 2nd room the refrigerator was incredibly loud, 3rd room the AC didnt work. The fourth room wasnt much better with the AC, stayed 72 in our room most of the trip. When I called the Front Desk for the AC, the lady was incredibly rude when I called at 4am because...

'Breakfast buffet provided enough variety to satisfy our preferences. Bed was comfortable and room was clean. We were unable to get any cold water, which was odd, but we reported it to the front desk when we left. Parking was too expensive so I parked across the street in the garage under the museum. Front desk staff was very friendly.'
