'We chose this house for its location & wanting to give our senior pets an ocean get-away! Booking & Check-in were a breeze! While unforeseen circumstance occurred and the AC stopped working the property managers were responsive and assisted with gwttinf a temporary fix going above & beyond to do what they could for us. We chose not to leave early since we only get away 1x a year and no one out of our group wanted to return home early. Our stay was in late July so it was warm outside the fish...

'The house was nice, met all our needs. The wifi didn't work (the POC never called back), but we didn't worry about it since we spent 85% of our time at the beach. You have a view of the Gulf, from the balcony, which was great to start each day. Its 2nd row, and so close to the beach. There was plenty of towels, dishes, small appliances for our needs. 2 fridges, and 2 microwaves.The master bed and guest bed/queen are very comfortable, my boys said the bunk beds were not the most comfortable,...

'Had a great time at your property celebrating a birthday with family and friends. The house was comfortable and nicely accommodated our party of all adults. The location was good, not far away from beach, convenience stores and few restaurants. We enjoyed the deck and even the firepit on a summer night. Few things to mention, all the bedrooms did not cool at night, dishwasher is not secure to wall, and we did see ants in the kitchen and bedrooms a few times. An outdoor shower after the beach...

'This might have been the best trip we've taken as a family. Hitting the beach was a breeze. It wasn't crowded. If anything, the listing under sells how great the place is. Two days into our week the kids were already asking if we could come back next year.'

'This property delivered! Lots of sleeping areas, everyone had a bathroom. Wifi was great. They had plenty of towels, dishes, toilet paper, dish soap... everything we didn't think to bring, so it was perfect. This space was great for a large group looking to hang out on the deck, main area or walk over to beach with path directly to. I will definitely reserve here again!'

'Place was very comfortable and well stocked. Kitchen is fabulous. Air conditioning keeps you cool coming in from the nice decks or beach. Super location (amplified music and parking near the water is not allowed.). Hot tub is a nice feature! Lots of parking. One of the best we’ve rented. '
