'We were disappointed with the cleanliness and condition of our room during our weekend stay at Three Bears Hotel. The bathroom mirror still had toothpaste splatters from previous guests. When we were getting the kids ready for bed, I noticed black smudges on all the pillows that looked like makeup, and some even resembled shoe prints. The double sofa bed where my son was supposed to sleep was also very dirty, and the floor had clearly not been properly swept or vacuumed. On top of the...

'I asked for ground floor on my reservation and when I arrived they had me on second floor. Luckily, there was a first floor room at the same price. Was not exactly happy they ignored my initial request.'

'Staff was friendly. Breakfast was very minimal and not good. The rooms were clean and beds were comfortable but everything else was dirty and old.'

'The room and shower room was also very clean. Overall, it was cleaner than I had expected, and the staff were friendly, so I’d give it a high rating. Furthermore, the location was very convenient, with a gas station and a restaurant right next door.'

'I liked the Jacuzzi but I think that they could clean the tubs and toilets a little better , they were still dirty I had to clean them out myself but overall I enjoyed my stay it was nice and relaxing'

'Room was clean. Parking was easy. Odd way to cheek into the hotel. 3 hotel staff around the counter and a stand up machine with a staff on the screen asking questions about my stay. It must have been something that would let them work remotely? Staff were friendly.'

'The staff was very friendly. The rooms are clean.'

'Nos pareció bien la instalación la habitación estaba limpia la ubicación esta cerca a la autopista lo único malo es que la piscina esta cerrada.'

'It was okay'

'Very clean and nice place with good breakfast food!'

'The room smelled musty and like smoke. There hallway and stairs had clearly not been vacuumed in a very long time, bits of garbage and crumbs all over. Our room had crumbs on the floor and an empty beer can by the desk. I haven’t ever stayed in a place that felt that dirty. Management either doesn’t go on site or they just don’t care.'

'Aangename ontvangst , kregen ook de info dat er een Cranberryfestival bezig was. Ontbijt is typisch Amerikaans, daar klagen we niet over. Ook al sliepen we bij de grote baan toch hadden we hier geen last van.'

'Prima hotel voor de doorreis, comfortabele kamers, goed ontbijt, in de buurt verder niet veel te doen'

'I was a little nervous when I saw the outside of the motel but, when we went into the office the manager was so nice! Rooms have been recently renovated. Comfy bed, clean floor, nice bathrooms. We had motorcycle trouble in the morning and the manager loaned us his battery jumper. We ended up needing new battery and he offered us his car to run to the auto store. He went above and beyond to help us. We would definitely stay here again!'

'Absolutely beautiful. Perfect getaway with the doggies. Will definitely be back!'

'The outside and loby were pretty clean but the washer and dryer were dirty. My room was barely cleaned. The sheets were definitely not changed nor the shower cleaned. There was even a dirty wash rag hanging in the shower curtain still. I asked for the manager but I guess he wasn't there the 2 days I stayed. Front desk changed the bedding and that was it. Breakfast was fine.'
