'Friendly staff'

'Ongeïnteresseerd personeel. Kamers zien er beter uit dan dat ze in werkelijkheid zijn. Gebarsten los liggende tegels voor het keukenblokje. Ontbijt was wel goed en goede ligging t.o.v het strand '

'The balcony with ocean view provided only one chair. We could not sit on the balcony and enjoy the view. The room its self was ok, dated but fine. There is no kitchen just a small refrigerator and coffee pot. The grounds are fantastic, but you will be charged the fees for using the resort. We booked via Expedia so we missed it but was not explained to us at check in.'

'Staff is incredibly friendly and the room was very clean, quiet. My only issue would be the water pressure is really low for hair washing. Otherwise, a great new hotel at a convenient location.'

'My flight was delayed, causing me to miss the connection and rebook the next flight for the following morning. I spoke to the hotel operator a couple times, even sent email proof that the flight was delayed and my connection still left at the same time. Never heard a response back, and never got a refund. Very disappointing.'

'The tv did not work No WiFi. The bed was uncomfortable and so were the pillows. The ac sounded like a plane taking off. I probably could have lived the the other stuff but the tv and WiFi at a Marriott seemed excessive. They never offed to move me The guy came and fixed the tv so I got one channel The staff pretty much acted like they didn’t give a crap'
