'El hotel es increible, la propiedad , la playa privada , la paz y tranquilidad, la villa es simplemente perfecta, muy bien construida con ventilacion ,vista , privacidad y espacio. La comida es 100 veces superior a lo que comimos durante nuestro viaje a Nicaragua. El personal es muy amable. Un 100 , me encantaria volver. '

'The location of the hotel is very nice and somewhat remote. The hotel has its own private bay with beach. The sea is very wild, not wild enough to surf but dangerous to swim in! Last week someone drowned here. We spoke to a number of local people and these indicated that people drowned here regularly. The Hotel is built against a mountain, not suitable for less-abled people. There is no communal pool available. Please note when you're booking a room. We booked a room in low season without a pool...

' We celebrated my husbands 80th birthday in San Juan delSur. His 8 siblings and extended family and friends , a group of 25, stayed in condos close by CASA 72.CASA 72 was the perfect location forthe 9 of us as we were footsteps from the beach and restaurants. It was conveniently located to various shuttle services so day trips to zip lining, beaches,OmeTepe, Grenada etc.Luis and his wife welcomed us back home every time. They took such great care of us and were always quick to offer any help...

'I had a great experience overall with my stay. Rose (the owner) is very thorough and covers a lot of questions you might have up front. She will send you a welcome packet a few days before your stay… READ IT lol. I found myself with questions and referring to the packet often and sure enough the answers were there.All of the care takers of the property were very friendly. I didn’t even know they were there unless I needed help with something. I personally really appreciated knowing someone...

'Todo muy excelente, lo único que les recomiendo que deberían de cambiar los colchones de las camas y que tengan cobijas en las camas , sólo tienen sábanas y no tienen cobijas. Pero aparte de eso excelente. '
