'Kona Coast was a Great Resort and perfect location for access to shopping and restaurants. The rooms were clean and very spacious it was exactly what we needed. But, to be honest I was very skeptical because of the reviews about the roaches but Thank God we did not encounter any roaches in our place but I did wake up everyday fearful that I may see one so I wasn’t totally at ease during my stay. 'Perfecte ligging aan het strand waar allerlei voorzieningen zijn zoals snorkelen. Daarbij prima gelegenheid om bijv. schildpadden te zien; zelfs langs het strand. Zwembaden bij het hotel zijn ook prima. Gezellige bar met prima eten ook in het restaurant. Hotelpersoneel is supervriendelijk.'

'Het appartement was erg ruim en comfortabel. Alles was aanwezig. Ook is er een eigen parkeerplek. Een klein puntje, ik kwam aan in het donker en het was even zoeken naar het juiste gebouw en parkeerplek aangezien dat allemaal niet verlicht is dus amper te zien.'

'Resort was in a nice quiet area. Has ample parking, multiple pools and had about 12+ pickle ball courts/tennis courts. Condo/villa was very spacious-had the 2 bedroom and the rooms were on each end so we don’t hear anything. The middle area was the dining and living area. Kitchen had all the things you need even an instapot. Bathroom was clean and had enough towels and counter space. Bed was a little hard but comfortable enough. 'This hotel is such a gem. We loved having coffee on the lanai each morning with the ocean crashing on the sea wall below. Just beautiful. It was quiet at night and we were able to walk into town for dinner/shopping. It’s a great base for the west side of the island—we stayed for a week and did so much but always enjoyed returning to the hotel for a dip in the wonderfully refreshing salt water pool or just to relax on the lanai. Highly recommend! '
