'We stayed 5 nights at this hotel. Had dinner there every night. It was such a Good stay. Best in Kampala. Clean, safe, brilliant food, friendly staff. Location I don’t know How Good it is. But it all depends where you’re going. Good to avoid traffic in downtown Kampala. If chef Onyango Godfrey is on - Get the Tikka Masala. One of the best I’ve ever had. And I love indian food. '

'Late check out geen probleem en ook geen kosten, kamer met terras aan zwembad in rustige en centraal gelegen buurt. Restaurant met veel keuze en geweldige kwaliteit. Super goede prijs-kwaliteitsverhouding. Echt een aanrader. Ik ben zeer tevreden.'

'Pretty low class hotel. Even for my "non high maintenance" standards. Sheets and towels were dingy, stuff on wall was broken. Access was difficult --location because of traffic was nightmare. Really need to think twice before heading here to see if you can afford something a little bit more expensive. The good news is/was the staff is very responsive and eager to please. My second reservation did not come through from Hotels.com so that could have happened smoother.'

'Confusion on arrival as confirmation had been received from another agency not hotel.com. So0rted out without difficulty.Staff very helpful.Room left much to be desired and eventually the bed bugs won and I was moved.'

'The staff at the Grand Imperial Hotel in Kampala are both professional, kind, and helpful, whether work for housekeeping, in the dining room, reception, or management. I was able to get some R & R after roughing it in the interior, at a very reasonable price, with good food, a comfortable room, space to read and write, and special touches when I asked, like a water kettle for instant coffee in the room.'
