'We recently stayed at OKANA Resort and overall had a good experience. The pool was definitely a highlight the temperature was perfect and made it really enjoyable to relax and spend time there. The food prices were reasonable for a resort, which we appreciated. We do wish the app had a bit more information about daily activities. One issue we experienced was with housekeeping essentials; we arrived to empty body wash, conditioner, and shampoo, and although we were told we were on a rush priority...

'Parking was easy. The Presidential Suite was Amazing, but there was a strong odor of Marijuana in the Lobby and hallway, and the Presidential Suite was right by the entrance of smokers, so not the most favorable. However, the room was phenomenal. '

'Staff at checkout not very friendly. Didn’t greet me nor did she get up out of her chair. I put the key on the counter and she says “I can’t reach it” so I had to push it over to the edge cause I guess she couldn’t get up out of her chair! '
